A new build Penthouse development in Crouch End.

New Build Penthouse | Architects for Haringey | Crouch End, North London

forresterarchitects have completed a design feasibility study for a penthouse development in Crouch End, North London. An unremarkable building has an enviable vantage point with fantastic views across London from its empty flat roof. The brief required a self-contained one bedroom flat to occupy the under utilised roof space. An organic form was developed for a prefabricated pod which would be placed on the roof. The exterior form informed the internal layout and the furniture. A series of exposed trusses provide the structural support with full height frameless glazed units.
